Morning Ritual
Some mornings don't feel extraordinary, yet they quietly become the most important ones.
Today's walk covered 5km through familiar neighbourhood streets. There was nothing dramatic about it — just putting on my shoes, stepping outside, and letting the morning unfold one stride at a time.
I've come to appreciate these ordinary walks. They aren't just about burning calories or chasing a number on the scale. They're about showing up, even when motivation isn't loud. They remind me that discipline is often quiet, almost invisible.
Every morning walk is also a small investment towards my Camino in 2027. Every km strengthens my legs, builds endurance, and reinforces the habit of simply putting one foot in front of the other.
Progress isn't always measured by the scale. Sometimes it's measured by the fact that you kept the promise you made to yourself.
And this morning, that was enough. 🌅
